(Annews24) Kampala Uganda , the speaker of the parliament of Uganda has described the legislator Ssentamu Kyagulanyi also know as Bobi wine as the most intelligent and humble MP among all others.
He is so humble and intelligent ;

Kyagulanyi ssentamu as the most humble and intelligent member of parliament and He deserves his mission for Ugandans if he in case comes out. He is learned, he reasons and handles issues in amature way. Kadaga went on to lament that The pop star Bobi wine is a true leader.
This has come after the historical #kyarenga concert that was organised by the legislator after several failures by the Uganda police .
